This gun violence intervention program serves youth grades 5–12 who have been impacted by gun violence: as a bystander, victim survivor, witness; or as a relative, friend or neighbor of a victim. Program includes six months of mentoring, case management, motivational interview coaching, counseling referrals, home visits, community meetings and more.
